Lessons From the Most Important Law Enforcement Articles of the Last Decade

There is so much content being created these days, sometimes it is hard to keep up with the latest trends, most valuable research, and key insights from thought leaders, subject matter experts, academics, and practitioners. This training is meant to serve as a cheat-sheet for you; it is a list of the most important law enforcement leadership articles published in the last decade, summarized to accommodate your busy schedule and arranged to help make existing leaders better and emerging leaders ready to address the most pressing issues of our day. More specifically, there are 16 articles accompanied by reflective questions to consider. Now, to be sure, any one of these articles could take several hours or days to fully discuss. However, the intent here is to capture the essence of each article and engage in situational application practices based on the questions raised for your consideration. In conclusion of each article and the entire training program, the goal is to have greater perspective of recent research on best practices and insights into effective leadership, and application-level confidence when it comes to knowing what to do as a leader and how (i.e. leadership).
