Leadership Lessons from the Best Leadership Coaches Today

These sixteen coaches each offer a lesson about leadership that can be applied to law enforcement. This training will help you to elevate your leadership capabilities and confidence to become the leader you aim to be. The lessons each include a brief reading activity followed by a short video and questions to consider, and an excerpt from their book with a final question to consider. While the reading activity and video will only take a few minutes, the questions will require more time. 

There is a total of about 16 hours of training material. You can work through one coach a day for a few weeks or move more quickly or slowly at your discretion. The end result, or learning objective, is for you to better understand yourself as a leader, clearly define the leader you aim to be, and assess your leadership needed to bridge the two.
