Dark Days Exercise
What to expect
“Dark Days” is a discussion-based exercise designed to improve how information and decisions flow across Oregon’s energy, telecom, water, healthcare, public safety, and government stakeholders during an extended disruption to critical infrastructure. We will explore triggers for action, authorities, inter-dependencies, cascading impacts, and resiliency measures—emphasizing practical communication and coordination.
Who should attend

Leaders and practitioners directly involved in planning and incident decision making—e.g., Emergency Managers, Operations Managers, CIOs/CISOs, and others intimately familiar with agency/organizational plans (IRPs/DRPs/EAPs/BCPs). Please limit attendance to the requested group. Please keep in mind, we will be limited due to venue size, and you may be asked to refine your attendee list if we reach capacity.

Portland State University, Ballroom
