March 8-12, 2027
The OEDI Annual Session is Oregon’s premier leadership training for current and future public safety leaders. For 2027, the curriculum has been updated and revitalized to include:
- Cutting-edge leadership models
- Scenario-based decision-making
- Strategic critical thinking
- Interpersonal skills development strategies
- Adaptive crisis leadership skills
- Servant leadership practices
Through expert-led instruction, peer learning, and real-time problem solving, participants will leave equipped not only with new tools to solve the pressing issues facing public safety leaders but with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence in leading Oregon forward.
- This year’s session includes a 10-hour online pre-course and 37 hours of in-class training.
- Who Should Apply? – Current and future leaders from public safety (police, corrections, fire, telecom, P & P, private security), military, private sector with a nexus to public safety and Higher Ed
The OEDI SESSION 2027 will be held at Spirit Mountain Conference Center in beautiful Grand Ronde, Oregon, a premier training site offering special accommodations for OEDI’s unique program. The rural setting and first-class facilities allow participants to concentrate on the educational experience and networking opportunities fundamental to relationship building, a cornerstone to the session.
Registration Fee: $1,895.
If you have questions about this fee or are in need of a scholarship, please contact us. We are unaware at this point if scholarships will be available, but if any funding is available, it will be provided based on need and the discretion of OEDI.
Fee includes 47 hours of exceptional leadership training; full meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner); AM/PM breaks including coffee, tea service, fresh fruit, snacks and sodas; instructional materials available for download; and special networking events and refreshments.
Session fee is due at time of registration.

Refund Policy – Due to the financial commitment OEDI must make well in advance of each session, no refunds will be granted beyond February 2027.
