1st Annual Oregon Women in Law Enforcement Conference
March 9-11, 2026
The Oregon Executive Development Institute presents an inspiring and empowering three-day experience at the 2026 Oregon Women in Law Enforcement (OWLE) Conference, dedicated to developing current and future leaders in the law enforcement community. This 3-day training event is specifically tailored for Oregon women in law enforcement. The OWLE Conference is focused on advancing competency and confidence of women in law enforcement and support the efforts of recruitment, retention and mentorship of women in this challenging profession.
This year’s theme, Leading with Purpose, highlights the strength, resilience, and strategic vision that women bring to leadership roles in law enforcement. The conference will feature:
- Insightful keynote presentations from accomplished women in the field
- Interactive sessions focused on leadership, communication, decision-making, behavioral health, mentorship and empowering women in leadership roles
- Tools and strategies to build confidence, lead with integrity, and cultivate collaborative workplace cultures
- Networking opportunities with peers and trailblazers from across the region
Location: Spirit Mountain Conference Center in beautiful Grand Ronde, Oregon
Conference Fee: $750 – Due at time of registration
Registration: October 1, 2025, through February 2026 and must be completed online.
